AgeWays’s Multi-Year Plan (MYP) details how we will use federal Older Americans Act and state funds to support community-based services for older adults in Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, and Washtenaw counties. The current plan covers fiscal years 2020 through 2022. (Beginning October 1, 2023, and ending September 30, 2025.) This plan is approved by each county’s Board of Commissioners and the state Aging and Adult Services Agency.
