Be Active and Stay Fit

Staying fit and being active can help you stay healthier and stronger as you age. If you’d like to explore adding some activity to your daily routine, we have classes that can help. Our Enhance Fitness classes are just for people 60 and over, and they are taught in a small group setting so you can get to know others who are committing to healthy changes, too.

Enhance Fitness

This low-cost, hour-long group senior exercise class is held two to three times a week and led by certified instructors. It focuses on cardiovascular exercise, strength training and flexibility. It can help you become more active and energized, no matter what your current fitness level.

AgeWays supports classes in Livingston, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties. These classes are offered on an ongoing basis. To find out how you can attend a class near you, contact one of the locations below:

40200 Utica Rd., Sterling Heights.
Begins February 5:  10am – 12:30pm

No cost
