Deadline for Exhibitor Registration is June 6, 2014.

If you are interested in purchasing an exhibit space at the Caregiver Expo, please have your credit card information handy and start by completing the form below. Once you complete this form, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure site to input your credit card information and purchase your booth. (You do not need to have/use a PayPal account. Visa or MasterCard are excepted.) Please note: You are not registered as an exhibitor until you submit payment for your exhibit space. Space is extremely limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. We do not recommend waiting until June 6, 2014 to register.

Booths are 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep and include a 6 foot table, pipe and drape, two chairs and signage. The cost for corporate/business exhibitors is $450.00 per booth. The cost for nonprofit exhibitors is $175.00 per booth. Electricity is free this year.
