DSP Vendor Manual (Operating & Service Standards)
The DSP Operating & Service Standards Manual guides all AAA 1-B vendors on the application process for new vendors and required standards for current vendors. All vendors should be knowledgeable and in full compliance of these standards and processes.
Any agency interested in becoming a DSP Vendor is encouraged to review this manual thoroughly and submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org inquiring about applying before completing paperwork.
Note: Homecare agencies interested in providing in-home services such as homemaking, personal care, nursing services or medication management are required to operate under our 3 year bid cycle. We are currently not reviewing applications for these services. The application process is scheduled to be open in Fall of 2014.
