Chief Executive Officer, Area Agency on Aging 1-B
Tina Abbate Marzolf is the Chief Executive Officer of the Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B). Abbate Marzolf, who holds a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, has worked at the AAA 1-B since 1992. First as a Community Planner, and then as the Director of Services. Over her many years at the AAA 1-B, Abbate Marzolf has been instrumental in the development of several key programs, including the agency’s national award winning out of home respite program, Michigan’s first Affordable Assisted Living Program, and the region’s first Mobility Management Center.

Mr. Amin Irving has been a member of the Area Agency on Aging 1-B Board of Directors since 2008. Amin is the Co-Founder of Ginosko Development Company. He is responsible for the overall performance and operation of all divisions of the GDC family of companies. Mr. Irving oversees the selection of various projects, municipality processing, and debt and equity financing. Amin was awarded Crain’s Detroit Business Top 40 Business Persons Under 40 in 2008. Amin graduated from the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor majoring in Finance and Real Estate. He was the recipient of the University of Michigan Achievement Award. Mr. Irving currently owns and controls over 1,400 apartment units in the Midwest valued over $77 Million. His previous experience includes Investment Banking in Manhattan where he effectively and efficiently operated $450 million in developmental projects. Amin is the proud husband of Tiffaney Irving.
