- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance
All regular full-time employees and their dependents are eligible for coverage on the first day of the month following 1 full month of employment. Medical coverage is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Premiums for all plans are paid through both employer and employee contributions.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
All regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in two types of flexible spending accounts: Health Care Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts. Both accounts allow employees to save tax dollars on anticipated expenses during the Plan Year.
RAINY DAY BENEFITS
- Life Insurance
All regular full-time employees are eligible for employer-paid life insurance at 2 times annual salary up to $200,000.
- Long Term Disability
- All regular full-time employees are eligible for employer-paid Long Term Disability coverage on the first day of the month following 30-days of employment.
Optional Short Term Disability
- All regular full-time employees may elect Short Term Disability insurance and are covered on the first day of the month following 30-days of employment. Premiums for Short Term disability are paid through both employer and employee contributions.
Regular full-time employees accrue vacation based on years of service and hours worked. Employees with 0-2 years of service accrue 15 days of vacation based on working 1950 hours in a calendar year. Regular part-time employees accrue prorated vacation.
Regular full-time employees receive 12 paid holidays per year.
Regular full-time employees may use up to 3 days per year of sick time accrued as personal days.
Regular full-time employees receive 3 days of paid leave in the event of the death of an immediate family member.
- 401(K) Retirement Plan
A 401(K) plan is offered with a company match. Employees may elect to contribute through payroll deduction.
- Wellness Reimbursement
After one-year of employment, all regular employees are eligible for reimbursement up to $300 per fiscal year for approved wellness activities.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Regular part-time employees are entitled to six days away from work with pay per year. Paid Time Off (PTO) days may be used for vacation, personal time, unpaid holidays, illness, time off to care for dependents or bereavement.
Regular part-time employees are paid for three holidays per year: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
